  1. Which payment methods are accepted?
    We accept bank card, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and China UnionPay payments from customers worldwide. In addition, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link & BLIK are also accepted.
  2. How the payment process is secured during booking?
    All payment information is encrypted during the transaction. Your payment is processed securely by Stripe, a trusted global payment provider. Kyhash Apartments does not receive or store your full card details, instead what’s disclosed to us is only limited transaction information, such as the card type, last four digits of card and the payment status.
  3. How can I cancel the booking?
    Click “Cancel the booking” from your booking confirmation email, then follow the wizard.
  4. What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in: from 3:00 PM
    Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  5. How does the check-in work?
    We support self-check-in via lock box with flexible end time, the code to the lock box will be provided prior to your arrival.
  6. On which floor are the apartments located?
    KYHASH apartments are located on the ground floor.
  7. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
